Bitter memories

It’s hard to overcome bad memories and allow yourself to move on. But if you don’t move on then you won’t allow any new memories to be made.

I hope everyone finds the strength to learn from their mistakes so they can step forward into a better place…

Suki… X!

A way to move forward is to understand that it is okay for us to make mistakes because each mistakes is an opportunity for learning. Instead of carrying it with you forever,be kind to your self and let it go. Always take time to say: I forgive myself and I love myself.

    2. Great point about the necessity of “taking out the garbage daily”, Claudette. Great point! Most of us humans let it pile up. When we finally try to get it to the curb for pick up, it weighs a ton!
