Before undervaluing yourself, take a good look around.
Look at the people whose lives you touch. Look at the people who rely on you. Look at the people who need you. Look at the people who love you. Then imagine looking through these people’s eyes and seeing yourself from a completely different view.
Now value yourself again!
And when you’re feeling down about yourself; when your self-esteem is low, remember this feeling and pick yourself back up again.
We all have a worth, we just need reminding of it every now and again…
